Chowdown at Shao Mountain
Fremont, February 17, 2013

We gathered for a Sunday lunch feast at Shao Mountain, a few doors down from Asian Pearl in a vast strip mall. Rather than dim sum, we were sampling the specialties of Hunan province. With the exception of some serious salt overload in the smoked pork dishes, execution of the savory courses was excellent.
