An even dozen Chowhounds powered through a Chinese New Year banquet and several bottles of wine at Yum's Bistro — on about 30 hours notice. Located on the end of a strip mall, just off Paseo Padre Parkway on Deep Creek Road, the parking was plentiful at 6:30pm.
