Schedule for Law 227, Trademarks & Unfair Competition, Summer 2009

The Casebook is Ginsburg, Litman and Kevlin, Trademark and Unfair Competition Law: Cases and Materials (4th ed. 2007). The Supplement is the 2008 version. All weekday class sessions are from 6:00 PM to 8:45 PM; with the exception of the Friday, June 26 make-up session which will start at 5:30 PM. The Exam is scheduled for Saturday, July 25, at 2:00 PM (a 3 hour exam is anticipated).

In the following table, selections from the Supplement generally are positioned to the right of the related material in the Casebook. However, you are free to read the books and online materials in any order you prefer.
